We are seeking a dedicated Sales Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Bracknell. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored training solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, generating leads, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will represent The Knowledge Academy’s values and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management and fostering strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
- Strong ability in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and responsibilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
