We are seeking a reliable Operations & Trainer Sourcing Associate. The role involves sourcing expert trainers and candidates for various technical and non-technical domains and coordinating multiple operational tasks across international training programs.
A successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with a diverse skill set to support multiple business functions.
Trainer Sourcing & Coordination- Identify and acquire trainers for:
- BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, QlikView
- Full-Stack Technologies: AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS
- Programming: Python
- Coordinate and manage international IT technical training programs outside India.
- Support corporate training programs through trainer allocation, logistics, and communication.
- Manage training requirements, session arrangements, attendee tracking, and documentation.
- Ensure all training activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Identify and connect with potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, databases, and social media channels. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future organizational needs. Conduct initial screenings to assess skillsets, experience, and role suitability. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
