- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Office training
- Expertise in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Primavera (Fundamentals & Advanced), Office 365 (Word, Project, Visio, Access, Teams, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (virtual & in‑person)
