- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Office training
- Expertise in Excel
- Expertise in Power BI
- Expertise in Microsoft Project
- Expertise in SharePoint
- Expertise in Primavera (Fundamentals & Advanced)
- Expertise in Office 365 (Word, Project, Visio, Access, Teams, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (virtual & in-person)
