About the Role and Our Team

We provide a best-in-class vendor journey and excellent account management to engage with vendors throughout their time using Hitched. As an Account Manager you will manage an account base with regular contact, build relationships, and minimise churn by delivering outstanding account management and strong sales negotiation. Your key focus is revenue growth and retention, with quarterly check-ins to discuss account set-up, expectation management, operational health performance, needs analysis, and return on investment.

You will work to tight turnaround times, using communication, empathy, and problem-solving to navigate vendor requests across the country.

Responsibilities

  • You will be on the phone and in virtual meetings, building relationships with your account base and identifying opportunities to upsell while minimising churn.
  • You will be target oriented and driven to achieve sales numbers.
  • You will be customer-centric, ensuring that clients receive impeccable, first-in-class service and maintaining trusting relationships with the vendor database.
  • You will schedule meetings and calls with your client base and prepare detailed renewal plans for subscriptions on Hitched.
  • You will be measured on fulfilling client service level agreements, providing service and scheduled review calls at the correct times during contracts.
  • You will work with the commercial team, sales team, and account success managers, representing Hitched for all existing business.
  • You will be results-driven and prepared to take on expansion KPIs, focusing on revenue and retention alongside client service.

Work Model

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid model.
