The Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring every service is delivered to the highest standard while supporting and inspiring the team around you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with the daily running of the business
- Lead and motivate the front of house team
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity
- Ensure high standards are maintained throughout the venue
- Manage shifts and act as Manager on Duty when required
- Support staff training and development
- Assist with stock control and maintaining GP targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
About You
- Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, hands-on approach
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
