Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our team at The Kitchen Company Uxbridge. Located in Uxbridge, this role is vital in delivering outstanding customer experiences and managing daily showroom operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily showroom operations ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee the daily functioning of showroom, running it smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage calendars, book appointments, answer phone calls and transfer to relevant staff.
  • Maintain showroom displays.
  • Greet customers and ask relevant questions.
  • Ensure high level of customer service, address enquiries, resolve issues.
  • Liaise with designers/project managers.
  • Provide a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
  • Price updates on software/deliveries.
  • Liaise with suppliers and fitters.
  • Organise and coordinate promotion events.
  • Maintain diaries/calendars.
  • Liaise with website/social media manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of kitchen or bedroom design industry is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in merchandising and sales management is desirable.
