Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our team at The Kitchen Company Uxbridge. Located in Uxbridge, this role is vital in delivering outstanding customer experiences and managing daily showroom operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Oversee the daily functioning of showroom, running it smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage calendars, book appointments, answer phone calls and transfer to relevant staff.
- Maintain showroom displays.
- Greet customers and ask relevant questions.
- Ensure high level of customer service, address enquiries, resolve issues.
- Liaise with designers/project managers.
- Provide a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
- Price updates on software/deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers and fitters.
- Organise and coordinate promotion events.
- Maintain diaries/calendars.
- Liaise with website/social media manager.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of kitchen or bedroom design industry is a plus.
