About the Role
As our Training, Education & Development Administrator, you'll be at the heart of coordinating and supporting learning across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues, managers, volunteers and external partners, you'll ensure training programmes are organised, compliant and accessible to everyone who needs them.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and enjoys working with people.
You will bring:
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience maintaining systems, records and reports.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Experience handling confidential information appropriately.
- A proactive, flexible and professional approach to work.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
- Experience within a training, learning or education environment.
- Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance or risk management processes.
- Experience supporting training programmes or workforce development activities.
