Are you a Physiotherapist who could join our Community Team delivering outstanding palliative and end of life care? Due to retirement and the continued development of our community services following secured long-term NHS funding, we are looking to redesign and strengthen our physiotherapy provision. We are interested in recruiting experienced Physiotherapists to work across our clinical services. If you are passionate about delivering person-centred, holistic palliative and end of life care, and have the ambition and drive to help develop an exceptional physiotherapy service, we would love to hear from you.
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Physiotherapists looking to develop specialist skills in palliative and end of life care within a supportive, innovative interdisciplinary team.
