We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional colleague to provide administrative support and help maintain a safe and welcoming school environment. This role is for 16 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Managing enquiries
- Supporting attendance and general administrative tasks
- Following safeguarding and site security procedures
- Supporting reception teams during busy periods
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A calm and caring manner
- Confidence using IT systems
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people (subject to an enhanced DBS check)
