The Kingsway School isseeking a committed and compassionate HLTA to join our Inclusion and Diversity(SEND) Department at an exciting time of growth and development.
You will supporthigh-quality teaching and learning for students aged 11–16 with a range ofadditional needs, working across mainstream lessons and targeted interventions.The role includes delivering small-group and individual support, contributingto assessment and review processes, and working closely with teachers, familiesand the wider SEND team to remove barriers to learning.
Our SEND provisionincludes a strong universal offer alongside a Resource Base supporting studentswith more complex needs. You will join a collaborative team of experiencedprofessionals who meet regularly to plan, review and refine support.
