Dulwich College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Drama teacher to join a lively and high-achieving department. The Drama Department enjoys an outstanding reputation locally and nationally, recently described as ‘notable’ by The Daily Telegraph and named Independent School of the Year for the Performing Arts. Pupils are taught to an exceptional standard, with many alumni progressing to successful careers in the arts.
The successful candidate will teach Drama from Years 5 to 9, supporting continuity between the Junior and Senior Schools. The role includes responsibility for Junior School productions and contributing to the wider co-curricular programme.
The department comprises four full-time Drama teachers, a teacher of Dance, support staff and LAMDA teachers. We are seeking an excellent practitioner with a strong grasp of practical and theoretical theatre, a passion for the subject and the ability to work collaboratively.
