We are seeking founding Room Leads (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool) to help launch our new all-year-round nursery. You will lead practice within your room, delivering high-quality EYFS provision and setting strong standards from day one.
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable)
- Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Organised, professional and committed to high standards
- Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Plus: Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award of up to £1,500
- Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)
