We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our school as Admissions Registrar.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents, representing the school and reflecting its strengths and ethos.
  • Maintain a smooth and seamless journey for prospective families through effective communication, telephone proficiency and timely follow‑up.
  • Handle administrative tasks, manage data and produce written communication with clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with school staff, be a reliable team player, and support school life initiatives.
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritise tasks and adapt to events outside normal hours.
  • Utilise Office software and, ideally, school data management systems such as ISAMS and METIS.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working within a school or in a demanding customer‑service environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
  • Outstanding written communication skills; accuracy and clarity in writing.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service orientation.
  • Calm, resilient, reliable, very personable, warm and well‑presented.
  • Proficiency in Office software and data management systems; experience with ISAMS and METIS preferred.
  • Full‑time availability Monday to Friday; flexibility for occasional events outside working hours.
