We anticipate that the successful candidate for this vacancy will take responsibility for the 16+ entry point, providing leadership and operational oversight for girls and boys who wish to join King’s for sixth form. Since King’s introduced a co-educational sixth form in 2010, the 16+ entry point has gone from strength to strength, attracting applications from a wide range of pupils from maintained, independent and overseas schools. We are renowned for being one of the world’s leading schools, and our sixth form curriculum, which offers both A levels and the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme), makes us an extremely popular choice for the two years of sixth form study. Pupils joining King’s in the lower sixth greatly enrich our community and contribute to a welcoming and vibrant environment.
We are seeking to appoint an able and enthusiastic colleague to lead this exciting and fast-paced entry point, delivering an outstanding admissions experience for prospective pupils and their families, and ensuring every family’s interaction with King’s is welcoming, efficient and inspiring.
