Kimbolton School is seeking a sessional Water Sports Instructor to join the Outdoor Pursuits team. The main responsibilities of this role will be to help promote pupils to take up and enjoy water sports, as well as assisting the Head of Outdoor Pursuits to plan and implement development strategies.
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and without supervision, establish and maintain working relationships, and hold valid first aid qualifications, as well as a Paddle UK/British Canoeing Level 1 coach/paddleboard instructor qualification. They will also lead or assist with purposeful and safe training sessions afloat.
The candidate will be fully involved in helping promote and encourage pupils to take up and enjoy water sports, and understand and actively support the ethos of inclusion and participation among the pupils.
