Summer Fields is seeking to appoint a Junior IT Technician to provide direct support to all users of the school’s IT network, working closely with the IT Network Manager. This role offers opportunities to be involved in a variety of IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT users.
- Oversee all IT tickets raised to the helpdesk.
- Support innovative use of IT for teaching, learning, and administration.
- Provide support for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Communicate in written and spoken English.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to develop their experience and knowledge base in IT support. The position is open to those who demonstrate a proactive approach and strong communication skills.
Further Exposure
Successful candidates will have exposure to a broad range of IT projects, including network infrastructure, the Virtual Learning Environment, classroom IT integration, and the Management Information System.
