The Kingsbrook School, part of the Insignis Academy Trust, has an exciting opportunity to join our successful, vibrant community as a Teacher of Science. This is a part-time (0.4), permanent position with a salary range of MPS/UPS £13,166 - £20,419 (Full time equivalent: £32,916 - £51,048). The start date is September 2026, and the closing date for applications is Thursday 23rd July 2026 at 12 Noon.

We are looking for a Teacher of Science for The Kingsbrook School, which opened in September 2022 with 180 year 7 students. The school will grow by each year of entry until full, and new members of the team are required to support our next cohort. Located at the heart of the Kingsbrook Estate in Aylesbury, the school boasts state-of-the-art facilities across the mainstream school and a purpose-built Inclusion Unit for children with additional Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

You will need to have strong subject knowledge and be able to teach students of all abilities and ages. You should be highly organised with excellent communication and time management skills, a commitment to character education, and a desire to actively contribute to establishing an outstanding school.
