Salary: £23,672.00 to £34,454.00, dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience

Location: East Midlands with regular travel to Nottingham

Assessment Centre: 8th December in Nottingham

Responsibilities:

  • Become the personal champion for young people, discovering what holds them back so you can unlock their potential for astonishing progress.
  • Safeguard, protect, and maintain health, safety, and data protection for all young people.
  • Guide delivery partners and service providers, ensuring delivery of youthful support programmes.
  • Lead personal development sessions, in person or via MS Teams, leveraging our green spaces and outdoor activities.
  • Travel to support local areas and conduct programme visits and visits.
  • Meticulously record information and data about young people, volunteers, and partners to align with funding contracts.
  • Implement a local action plan that harmonises with the Trust\’s EDI goals.
  • Step up when needed and wear different hats as responsibilities evolve.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in youth development, outreach or related sector.
  • Strong communication and safeguarding knowledge.
  • Ability to run personal development sessions both in person and virtually.
  • Good organisational and data recording skills.
  • Commitment to health & safety and data protection.
