Working closely with frontline teams, architects, suppliers and technology specialists, you'll shape services that are reliable, secure and user-centred. You’ll understand how our services are delivered in practice, using those insights to continuously improve the technology that underpins them.

- Own and develop the service roadmap, balancing user feedback, business priorities and technology strategy.
- Work closely with frontline colleagues and stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, suppliers and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable and accessible services.
- Build strong relationships with service users, using feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor service performance, manage risks and ensure services support The King's Trust's long-term strategic goals.
You’ll Bring
- Experience owning, improving or supporting technology services and delivering successful technology initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complexity.
- Experience gathering user requirements and using feedback to shape service improvements.
- A collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering technology that enables people to do their best work.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the technology that supports our colleagues, volunteers and young people every day. You'll work as part of a collaborative technology team, influencing how services evolve while helping ensure every digital investment makes a meaningful difference.
