What you will be doing:
- Lead end‑to‑end management of programmes in Pakistan, ensuring delivery against targets, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Work in close partnership with in‑country organisations, providing guidance, challenge and hands‑on support to strengthen delivery and impact.
- Manage programme budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong financial oversight and value for money.
- Champion high‑quality monitoring, evaluation and learning, using data and insight to continuously improve programmes.
- Drive excellence across key themes including gender equality, inclusion, safeguarding, climate and digital innovation.
- Lead the scoping, design and set‑up of new pilot projects, from initial research through to implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, funders and colleagues across KTI.
- Contribute to funding proposals, reporting and communications, bringing programme impact to life for different audiences.
- Represent KTI externally, advocating for youth employment and opportunities.
- Bring insight from labour markets, policy and programme experience to support organisational learning and growth.
