The King’s Trust in Plymouth is seeking a Youth Development Lead to deliver employability programmes and recruitment activities that support young people into careers in health and social care.
You will work with employers, training providers and community partners to create pathways and provide tailored guidance and support.
In this fixed-term role (12 months) you will manage a caseload, coach individuals and contribute to an inclusive Action Plan.
