Overview
Location: Manchester. Hybrid working is expected of 3-4 days each week in the office or at external events/meetings.
We are looking for a Delivery Partnership Development Manager to expand life‑changing opportunities for young people, build and deliver high‑quality, commercially viable partnerships across priority locations, and measure impact at scale. The role sits at the heart of our Delivery Partnerships team, across strategy, partnerships, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into clear, deliverable partnership plans and performance outcomes.
- Shape local partnership plans, unlock employer and training opportunities, and drive measurable impact at scale.
- Identify growth sectors, build employer networks, and develop partnership proposals and agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, maintaining safeguards, compliance, and inclusion standards.
- Use data, insights and labour‑market trends to inform decisions and improve outcomes for young people.
Qualifications
- Experience developing partnerships across employers, training providers or sector networks.
- Strong commercial acumen – ability to build proposals, budgets and agreements.
- Understanding of the barriers facing young people and motivation to create meaningful change.
- Confidence working with data, insights and labour‑market trends.
- Commercially minded, purpose‑led leader with strong stakeholder management and analytical thinking.
- Ability to turn insight into action and influence others to deliver on key performance metrics.
