The King’s Trust is seeking a Design Lead to shape and deliver a bold mentoring initiative across the UK.

You'll design, pilot and launch a suite of mentoring offers including in-school experiences, digital micro-mentoring and enhanced pathways.

Based from our South London Centre, with travel to London regularly and some flexibility for home working where possible, you will lead from the front, partner with delivery teams, funders and communities to create scalable, user-centred solutions.
