Location: London (Hybrid working – 3‑4 days in the office or at external events each week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high‑quality, commercially viable partnerships across priority locations to expand impact for young people.
  • Translate strategy into clear, deliverable partnership plans and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Identify growth sectors, build strong employer and training provider networks, and develop compelling partnership proposals and agreements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to unlock employer and training opportunities and drive measurable impact at scale.
  • Maintain high standards in safeguarding, compliance, and inclusion while delivering accessible programmes.
  • Influence senior stakeholders, deliver on key performance metrics, and produce results in complex environments.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing partnerships with employers, training providers or sector networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen – ability to build proposals, budgets and agreements.
  • Data‑driven mindset – confident working with insights, labour market trends and statistics to inform decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking and the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Passion for supporting young people and a commitment to social impact.
