Responsibilities
- Invite, train and expertly manage a group of delivery partners and volunteers to ensure our young people have an exceptional experience.
- Support delivery partners and volunteers with training, resources, qualifications and guidance in adherence to the Trust’s quality standards.
- Serve as a compliance lead, ensuring partners and volunteers meet all necessary policies and regulations.
- Maintain meticulous records of information and data on young people, volunteers and partners to meet funding contract requirements.
- Champion Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) goals through programme planning and execution.
- Facilitate best‑practice sharing, network sessions and end‑of‑programme events.
- Provide communication, problem‑solving and event‑management skills and transform ordinary moments into unforgettable experiences.
