Overview
Work with our Outreach and Marketing team and customer service champions to support young people on their journey with The King's Trust.
You will be their personal champion, uncovering barriers and unlocking their potential for progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one support, guidance and encouragement to a group of young people.
- Lead personal development sessions of foundation programmes, delivered in person, virtually on MS Teams, or outdoors.
- Monitor safeguarding, health and safety and data protection compliance.
- Support delivery partners and service providers to meet performance and funding requirements by recording data and progress information.
- Advise on and implement a local action plan aligned with the Trust’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) objectives.
- Travel to relevant local sites for programme delivery and visits; conduct programme visits as required.
- Assist in other duties as appropriate and step in when other roles need support.
