Responsibilities
- Guide a caseload of 18–30‑year‑old entrepreneurs through the Enterprise programme, helping them bring their business ideas to life.
- Assist in crafting robust business plans, cash‑flow forecasts, personal survival budgets and sector‑specific insights.
- Provide constructive feedback, facilitate learning and support young people in meeting key business start targets.
- Support funding applications and liaise with local organisations and stakeholders.
- Champion an inclusive workplace and inspire positive change within the team and the community.
Qualifications
- Experience in youth development, entrepreneurship or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business planning, finance and funding routes for young enterprises.
- Excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
- Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion.
