Responsibilities

  • Guide a caseload of 18–30‑year‑old entrepreneurs through the Enterprise programme, helping them bring their business ideas to life.
  • Assist in crafting robust business plans, cash‑flow forecasts, personal survival budgets and sector‑specific insights.
  • Provide constructive feedback, facilitate learning and support young people in meeting key business start targets.
  • Support funding applications and liaise with local organisations and stakeholders.
  • Champion an inclusive workplace and inspire positive change within the team and the community.

Qualifications

  • Experience in youth development, entrepreneurship or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business planning, finance and funding routes for young enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion.
