The King's Trust is seeking an exceptional individual to become Director of Delivery for Wales. You should share our passion for supporting young people to realise their potential and increasing our reach and impact. You will lead a team of colleagues, delivery partners and volunteers to turn our strategy into action, ensuring that our programmes reach those who need our help the most, by building partnerships, upholding our commitment to inclusion and safeguarding and growing our income. You will also develop and implement plans to achieve our four strategy goals of Tackling Inequality, Building the Nation's Workforce, Being a Bold Voice for Change and Making Every Pound Count. To do this, you'll need to be able to engage and motivate a dispersed team and collaborate effectively across the whole organisation. You'll also need to have an understanding of the challenges facing young people. You will be a member of the Trust's Senior Leadership Team, working with colleagues across the UK and will lead on a number of cross organisational projects. You'll need to be visible across Wales and the wider organisation, working in our centre in Cardiff at least three days a week, as well as travelling to other centres and partner meetings in Wales and the UK as required.
Responsibilities
