The King's Trust is looking for a passionate individual to join our Management Team as a Team Leader. This role involves leading Youth Development Leads, implementing delivery plans, and ensuring that young participants with complex needs develop essential workplace skills.

Your base will be at the South London Centre, with additional responsibilities at the Islington Delivery Space. You will play a key role in fostering community connections while overseeing the effective delivery of our youth programmes.
