The King's Trust International is looking for a passionate People Adviser to join the team on a part-time basis to support the People Partner in delivering a first-class HR service to the organisation. With a varied range of responsibilities, you will play a key role in providing high-quality HR support to managers and employees across the organisation by offering expert advice, support, and coaching on all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will also support the People Partner in delivering exciting companywide people initiatives.

Salary: £35,000.00 to £39,060.00 dependent on location and experience (pro-rata + London Weighting of £4,000 pro-rata, as applicable)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality HR support to managers and employees across the organisation by offering expert advice, support, and coaching on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Support the People Partner in delivering exciting companywide people initiatives.
