We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared learning activities, and support students to stay engaged, focused and making progress.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise whole classes and deliver set learning activities
- Maintain accurate registers and provide clear feedback to teachers
- Support positive behaviour, wellbeing and student engagement
- Work with students 1:1 or in small groups where needed
- Assist with implementing support and behaviour plans
We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates well with students and staff
- Is organised, confident and able to use their own initiative
- Enjoys supporting young people to succeed
- Has experience working with children or young people
- Is reliable, positive and calm under pressure
