We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Deputy Curriculum Leader of English to join our team at The King’s School. You will be responsible for raising standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement, and for ensuring that all learners have access to a high-quality, inclusive and engaging curriculum.

As Deputy Curriculum Leader of English you will:
- Support the Curriculum Leader in driving the vision and strategy for the English department.
- Contribute to developing an engaging, challenging curriculum.
- Develop and support staff to ensure consistently strong teaching and learning within the department.
- Monitor student progress and use performance data to raise achievement.
- Help manage resources and maintain high standards across the department.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and partner schools.
