9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with additional Saturday mornings in rotation (8.30am to 12.30pm), 37 weeks per year. Based in the Kent countryside and close to the Cathedral city of Canterbury, Junior King’s is one of the most prestigious prep schools in the country for pupils aged 3-13 years. Within the heart of the school lies a very unique, strong and special community. We recognise that every child has different strengths and talents, and we pride ourselves on nurturing and helping each pupil to reach their true potential. This is an exciting opportunity to join our staff support team.

The role advertised will be from 9am-5.30pm, five days a week for 37 weeks per year, with additional Saturday mornings (8.30am -12.30pm) covered in rotation. This equates to approximately 11 Saturday mornings across the school year.

We seek a reliable, organised, experienced, confident, hard-working and calm Office Administrator to join our busy School Reception Office. This is a very important, outward facing role and is for someone with excellent and effective communication skills, a proactive, friendly attitude, and a caring manner.

Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Microsoft Forms, Cognito Forms, invoice programme (any training needed will be given) are essential requirements. iSAMS or School Management System would be advantageous, but not essential.
