We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to support our busy catering operation. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all kitchen and dining areas.

Detail: Saturday and Sunday shifts, 11 hours per week, 36 weeks per year. The post is at King's School.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Follow strict food storage, handling, and allergen procedures.
  • Accurately record cleaning schedules and delivery checks.
  • Support the catering team with washing up, sanitising work areas, and waste disposal.
  • Assist with quality control of deliveries and compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and take pride in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Willingness to follow food safety procedures and allergen handling requirements.
  • Attention to detail in recording cleaning schedules and delivery checks.
