As a Preschool Assistant, you will work alongside the Key Worker for the Lions class, with children who are normally aged between 3-4. The post is for 20 hours per week, worked across Monday to Friday, from 9am-1pm each day. Your main task is to support the Key Worker by attending to the needs of the children throughout the day. This rewarding work involves getting to know the children well and being able to nurture and support them, helping them to make the most of the learning opportunities available to them at Highfield Preschool.
