We are looking to appoint a Cleaner, to start in January 2026. The role is 12.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 4.00pm to 6.30pm) during term time plus 12.5 additional hours (39 weeks year). A reliable, resourceful and enthusiastic cleaner who can work as part of a small team to ensure cleanliness of specific areas of the School.

  • Cleaning of surfaces, handles and floors
  • Sanitisation of toilet facilities
  • General tidying
  • Removal of rubbish from designated areas in the school to include offices, classrooms, corridors, stairwells and toilets

Previous experience of working in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. The salary grade for this post is (GLEA) Grade 1 Points 2-3 (£24,224 FTE, actual starting salary £7,156 per annum).
