Heartwood Collection is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead hospitality operations across our pub and brasserie venues. The role focuses on guests, team development, and maintaining high standards of service and quality across our sites.
You’ll be responsible for supporting site leadership, coordinating bar, host stand and reception activities, and driving consistent guest experiences. The role requires 2–3 years in a Deputy GM position with branded operations knowledge.
