Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses.
- Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate through their own technology or process.
- Reach out to customer leads through different channels.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners.
- Expedite the resolution of business problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest of the customers and organisations.
- Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets.
- Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in Finance, Fintech, and Payment industries is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Open to travel for work across Europe and overseas regions.
- Strong knowledge of the trends and developments in the sales industry.
- Native level of fluency in French.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
