Qualifications for the Early Years Educator:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- First Aid Paediatric and CPR certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
