The Kilchrenan Inn is recruiting a Front of House and Accommodation Manager to lead guest experience across its food led rural pub and five guest bedrooms in Argyll. This role suits an experienced hospitality manager who enjoys being hands on, visible on the floor, and responsible for standards across service, people, and rooms.
The role:
- You will lead front of house service, welcoming guests and ensuring a consistently high standard of hospitality.
- You will oversee the day to day running of the guest bedrooms, maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
- You will work closely with the Head Chef and owners to ensure food, drink, and accommodation standards align.
- You will manage reservations, guest communication, and the overall flow of service.
- You will support, guide, and lead front of house staff, setting the tone for service and professionalism.
- You will take responsibility for protecting and developing the Innβs reputation as a destination pub with rooms.
Working pattern:
This is a full time, hands on role. The role includes evenings and weekends in line with hospitality service. The position is based on site at The Kilchrenan Inn in Argyll.
