We are looking for a Marketing & Administration Officer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the organisation's marketing, publicity, design and administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • 5.5 working days per week

Social Media & Media Production

  • Plan and execute social media content posting
  • Handle photography, videography and editing for events and organisational activities.

Publicity, Design & Marketing Communications

  • Manage publicity across multiple online, digital and physical platforms and channels.
  • Assist in the design and production of posters and other marketing collaterals.

Secretarial & Customer Service

  • Provide customer service support
  • Handle administration for meeting and invited events

Other Duties

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Committees, Manager, Assistant Manager and Team.
