We are looking for a Marketing & Administration Officer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the organisation's marketing, publicity, design and administrative functions.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- 5.5 working days per week

- Plan and execute social media content posting
- Handle photography, videography and editing for events and organisational activities.
Publicity, Design & Marketing Communications
- Manage publicity across multiple online, digital and physical platforms and channels.
- Assist in the design and production of posters and other marketing collaterals.
Secretarial & Customer Service
- Provide customer service support
- Handle administration for meeting and invited events
Other Duties
- Provide administrative and operational support to Committees, Manager, Assistant Manager and Team.
