About the Role
At Keystone Lintels, we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially focused
Technical Sales Manager to join our House-Builder team to cover the South East area.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships and achieving sales targets across our key housebuilder and Contractor customer base.
You’ll play a key role in strengthening Keystone Lintels’ market position and delivering our wider sales growth strategy.
- What you’ll be doing
- Introduce Keystone Group products and develop working relationships with both existing and new customers within the house building industry.
- Agree and ensure that customer sales targets, national account targets and budgets are achieved or exceeded.
- Identify actual and prospective business opportunities; negotiate trading terms within the agreed parameters.
- Maintain, develop and improve relationships with our key customers.
- Develop awareness of the Keystone Group amongst house builders.

- What we’re looking for
- Previous experience within the construction industry is desirable, particularly experience working with national and regional housebuilders and Contractors.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves regular travel to customer offices and sites.
- Flexibility to attend customer meetings, events and other business activities at weekends and outside of normal working hours when required.
