About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced
- Customer & Sales Support Team Leader to join the
Keystone Lintels team, where you will support the Customer & Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the Customer Support and Sales Support teams.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient project pipeline management, quotation processing and high standards of customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and experience within a fast-paced sales support or customer service environment.
- What you’ll be doing
- Support the Customer & Sales Support Manager in the day-to-day leadership, development and performance of the Customer Support and Sales Support teams.
- Lead, coach and support team members through effective onboarding, training and ongoing performance development.
- Ensure accurate management of leads, quotations and customer information within business systems to support efficient sales operations.
- Champion a customer-first approach by ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external sales teams, while supporting customer reporting, administration and departmental performance updates.
- Provide operational support across team functions, including overseeing daily activities and team performance in the absence of the manager.
- Support the delivery of departmental objectives, ensuring alignment with wider regional and company goals.
