About the Role
You'll play a key role in our manufacturing operation, helping us produce high-quality lintels that are supplied to customers across the construction industry.
Working as part of a hands‑on production team, you'll be involved in the day‑to‑day manufacture, quality checking, handling and preparation of our products.
This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in doing a job well and is looking to develop their skills within a busy manufacturing environment.

- Working safely and efficiently as part of the production team.
- Operating production equipment and machinery following training and company procedures.
- Preparing materials and components for the manufacturing process.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet our required standards.
- Following production specifications, processes and work instructions.
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
- Working towards daily production targets while maintaining quality.
- Reporting any quality, equipment or production issues to your supervisor.

2 months' experience in a relevant manufacturing environment , ideally in a similar production role.

Punctual, reliable and dependable , with a flexible approach to working additional hours when required during peak business periods.
