The Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work at the intersection of data platforms, infrastructure, and application delivery, helping our client modernise and scale their technology ecosystem in a complex and highly regulated environment. You will be part of a high‑performing, agile technology team driving innovation across data and analytics platforms, contributing to the design, implementation, and operation of robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
Your Impact
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data and analytics platforms
- Operate, manage, and support containerized environments using Kubernetes
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and application teams to ensure reliable and efficient releases
- Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks
- Apply and promote DevOps and SRE best practices, including automation, resilience, and security
- Support and optimize platform performance and scalability
- Contribute to improving deployment processes, release cycles, and operational efficiency
- Ensure stability and reliability across data and distributed systems environments

What We’re Looking For
Must-haves- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer
- Strong expertise in Python for automation and scripting
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting
- Experience with Git-based version control and branching strategies
- Good understanding of DevOps principles and best practices
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in complex distributed systems
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with cloud‑based analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
- Experience integrating code quality and security tools (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk)
- Familiarity with API integrations and microservices architectures
- Experience supporting large‑scale data platforms and distributed systems
- Exposure to consulting or client‑facing environments
