We're looking for a Marketing Executive to play a critical role in bringing this statement to life through consistent, high-quality marketing delivery across The Keyholding Company's (TKC) core channels. You'll translate strategic priorities into effective execution - particularly across our blog and LinkedIn - ensuring content is delivered on time, to brief, and to a high standard. You'll have a hands-on role in supporting brand-building, thought leadership and visibility for both TKC and its Executive team, helping to shape how we show up in the market as thought leaders and innovators. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants responsibility and room to grow. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and varied marketing activity within a fast-moving SME, building the experience and confidence needed to progress quickly into more senior marketing roles.
Responsibilities
- Execute TKC's content calendar across LinkedIn and the blog, delivering content in line with agreed briefs, priorities and timelines.
- Write and publish LinkedIn content for the TKC brand and Executive team profiles, supporting company and personal brand building, and thought leadership.
- Design and adapt visual assets to accompany LinkedIn content using Canva.
- Draft long-form blog content where required, including new articles and the repurposing or updating of existing content.
- Brief, coordinate and manage external freelancers like content writers and designers, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and summarise content performance, working with the Senior Marketing Analyst to identify trends, insights and potential recommendations to inform ongoing optimisation.
- Support marketing activity around events and exhibitions, including logistics, communications, attendee briefings and on-site setup when required.
- Update and maintain our website content using WordPress.
- Work with stakeholders to draft and send emails to clients or partners via Sendgrid.
Qualifications
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating high-quality content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- A degree or equivalent experience involving substantial written communication.
- Ability to produce content at pace, working confidently from briefs and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and consistently meet deadlines.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external freelancers or agencies to deliver content and creative assets.
- Experience creating and adapting visual assets using tools like Canva (experience creating basic video for social media also a plus).
- Experience using software such as WordPress, SendGrid, HubSpot or similar (familiarity using AI tools to support content creation or speed up workflows also desirable).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation.
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion matter to us. We are keen to hear from candidates from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences and are excited about learning from you, as much as we know you can learn from us.
Benefits
- Salary of Β£28,000 to Β£30,000 per annum on a Fulltime, permanent, and flexible working basis.
- Ability to work from home but must have the flexibility to travel into our London Farringdon HQ twice a month for TKC Collaboration days or as/when required for company events.
- We offer internal training and development opportunities, all done in an excellent working environment.
- Benefit from personalised career development plans through our My TKC Journey initiative.
- Auto-enrolment into our salary sacrifice pension scheme, 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Program, and a voluntary health cash scheme starting at Β£1 per week.
- Regular social events, monthly team days, and an exercise club to keep you connected and active.
- Fast paced and exciting role, no two days are ever the same!
