We are a tech-enabled security services company which is challenging the status quo of our industry. We're looking for a Product Manager with at least 2 years' experience to be part of our Product team; someone who will enjoy a dynamic, startup-paced environment within an established scale-up organisation. We have recently closed a round of investment which will enable us to deliver our Product vision.

The role involves being part of a team tasked with landing products and services in an industry rife for disruption. Working closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders and clients, you will ensure your product has the right market fit. You will act as the evangelist for your product vision across the company, working with your own in-house squad to deliver against well-defined OKRs. Naturally, you'll also maintain a Product roadmap and support the end-to-end development process taking features from discovery through to launch.

Our mission is to transform security operations via technology. By bringing services, and the data they produce, online, we have given security professionals better visibility into, and better management of, their operations and improved their decision-making processes. Now we have the opportunity to build on that success and deliver a new and unique proposition. Our well-defined Product strategy is a cornerstone of our ambitious company growth plans. We are looking for an experienced, outcome-focused Product Manager who can support with the delivery of that strategy.

Our approach to technology guarantees the opportunity to use the most up-to-date techniques, tools, and practices. DevOps, QA, Back-End and Front-End Development teams will support you.

What You Get

  • Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum on a full-time, permanent, and flexible working basis.
  • Ability to work from home but must have the flexibility to travel into our London Farringdon HQ once a week for collaboration days or as/when required.
  • Mental health and wellbeing support through our EAP, plus discounted gym membership.
  • Learning and development to grow your skills and your career.
  • Salary sacrifice schemes for pension, cycle-to-work and EVs.
  • A voluntary health cash scheme that starts at £1 per week, covering you, your partner and kids, with extra everyday freebies.
  • Free financial coaching and financial wellbeing tools.
  • Regular social events and fortnightly team days.

What You'll Do

  • Execute our product strategy to launch new and innovative security solutions and maximise value for our clients and users.
  • Translate the strategy into a roadmap that balances delivering value to clients and the business's growth ambitions.
  • Work in collaboration with your development squad to prepare epics, features and user stories for development.
  • Work closely with the project, operational and marketing teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and features.
  • Prioritise initiatives and requests, balancing long-term strategic objectives with short-term tactical business needs.
  • Define and deliver a set of OKRs to measure the success and business outcomes of your Product.
  • Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, features and roadmap to a wide range of stakeholders including clients, prospects and our own Leadership Team.
  • Maintain the success of our existing products and features by leveraging data analytics and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with a subject matter expert within the business to build your expertise in the industry and that your product(s) focus on.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 years+ of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across a wide range of stakeholder disciplines including leadership level.
  • Experience in a start-up or rapid scaling environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and BI tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI).
  • Understanding and experience working within an Agile software development methodology.
  • Understanding of product design, experience working in collaboration with a Product Designer, and preferably experience creating wireframes to demonstrate and validate ideas.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience using Figma (including Figma Make) to create interactive prototypes to validate product hypothesis with users and stakeholders.
  • Practical experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver user value, including defining use cases, designing prompts/workflows, and measuring impact.
  • Experience working within the security, facilities management, or adjacent operational industries.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion matter to us. We are keen to hear from candidates from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences and are excited about learning from you, as much as we know you can learn from us.
