Join the UK's leading Keyholding and Alarm Response team! We're looking to appoint an experienced Duty Manager to join our Mobile Security Operations team. This is a handsâon, leadership role at the heart of our service delivery, working closely with Mobile Security Officers and Team Leaders to ensure a professional, reliable and responsive service for our clients. This role is ideal for a confident mobile security professional who thrives in fastâpaced environments and enjoys taking ownership of operational performance across shifts.
Position: Duty Manager
Location: Canning Town / Basildon
Shift pattern: 12âhour rolling rota: 4 on / 4 off. Day shifts: 06:30â18:30. Night shifts: 18:30â06:30 (Includes weekends and bank holidays).
Salary: ÂŁ16.90 per hour

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Lead and coordinate daily and nightly operations, ensuring efficient patrol deployment and alarm response.
- Plan workloads, manage resources and supervise officers to maintain service excellence.
- Carry out performance reviews, mentor staff and support training and development.
- Oversee key processes: key management, vehicle safety checks, compliance and staff welfare.
- Attend site visits, meetings, surveys and risk assessments.
- Undertake operational duties, including inspections, access requests, lock/unlocks and alarm callâouts.
- Handle calls, update records and maintain accurate operational databases.
- Promote a positive, professional and proactive team environment.
What we're looking for:
- A proven background in mobile security operations (5 years preferred)
- A valid SIA Frontline Licence
- A full UK manual driving licence
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Physically fit â able to work on foot, from a vehicle or in an office.
- A professional, confident and wellâpresented approach
- The ability to work independently and remain proactive under pressure
