The Keyholding Company is a tech-driven business that has been transforming the way security services are delivered across the UK. We're looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our growing Client Services Team, a pivotal function that sits at the heart of our operations. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, handling escalations, onboarding new properties, managing investigations, and working cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional client experience. No two days are the same, and you'll be empowered to use data and technology to drive real improvements.

What's in it for you?

  • £28,000 per annum, permanent contract
  • Flexible hybrid working, home-based with fortnightly visits to our Farringdon HQ
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday (team hours 07:00-19:00, standard 08:30-17:30)

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as an escalation point for client queries and complaints, from triage through to resolution
  • Delivering customer service that meets or exceeds our CSAT and QA targets
  • Managing day-to-day administration: processing keys, completing cases in our operational platform, and handling tickets
  • Joining and contributing to client meetings, with or without the client present
